 St. Paul's Church is located in the  historical district of Kandy, Sri Lanka  on sacred grounds west of the Temple  of the Tooth.

Father God,
We thank you for the grace and blessings you have given us as a diocese to engage in your mission for the past 74 years. We especially praise you for the ministry of the founder Bishop Lakdasa de Mel together with all succeeding Bishops, Clergy, Daham Sevaka/Sevikas and Lay leaders who led and strengthened us in this journey. We pray for your blessings in the many years ahead, and especially for a blessed ministry in the 75th anniversary which we hope to celebrate. In the name of Jesus.   AMEN
